Before You Start

Have these items ready:
  • Your new BMO credit card (card number, expiry date, and CVV)
  • Your BMO online banking username and password

Click Sign In and enter your BMO online banking username and password. If you are not enrolled, select Register for Online Banking first, then return to activate.

Select your new card

After signing in, look for the prompt to activate a new card. Click Activate Now next to the card you received.

Confirm your card details

Enter your new card number, expiry date, and CVV when prompted. Verify that the details match your physical card.

Complete activation

Review the confirmation screen and click Confirm. Your BMO credit card is now active and ready to use.
