Your BMO online banking username and password, or a phone to call BMO

Personal ID

Last 4 digits of your Social Insurance Number (SIN) may be required

Go to the official activation page

Open a browser and navigate to https://www.bmo.com/activate.

Sign in to BMO online banking

Enter your username and password, then click Sign In. New users should click Register Now first.

Enter your card details

Input your card number, expiry date, and CVV when prompted.

Click Activate Now

Press Activate Now and wait for the on-screen confirmation. Done.
